Bishop Horton has been highly used by God as he has prosperously led Gospel Mission Temple for 23 years. As a visionary, he has encouraged the congregation to grow in the knowledge and application of God's word. His experience as a certified counselor and public school educator for 25 years has enhanced his ministry. His lovely wife, Lady Michelle, compliments the ministry as she efficiently heads the women's department as general supervisor of women, a gifted educator, mentor, and dynamic speaker for various occasions, conference facilitator and host. They are the parents of three gifted and talented children, Faith Carrietta, Minister Jimmie Jr., and Avery Elijah. They have all given themselves generously to the Lord and His work.
